You are invited back by the chapter. Membership selection is different for each chapter and is private so we can't REALLY tell you what each chapter is looking for, but think of it as you are selling and marketing yourself. What is awesome about you? Do you have a club on campus or major that you're really passionate about? Were you class president? Are you just really friendly and funny and think you would make a great addition to the chapter? Find a way to show that off! It seems impossible to do in such short conversations with sisters early on but it can be done. Every chapter is selective and every chapter cuts girls based on different things, but stay positive during recruitment even if your current "favorite" cuts you and know that whoever still is inviting you back really does want you to be there! They wouldn't invite you back otherwise!
