Sig chi will crack top 4 next year easy. They are easily the most trending upward fraternity at UD. Insanely good parties (better than some of the top) and tight group of guys that opened their arms to the pc nationals chose (Looking at you sig nu, they are still your brothers) Sig pi had tep numbers this time last year and now have 50+ brothers. Most likely to make it out of bottom tier next semester when compared to a stagnant ZBT and AEPi These frats were both off campus not too long ago and GR underrates them because of the stigma. Times are changing.
