for mine it would be too late, but if you were to be a great addition, we would consider it. usually those who just started and sophomores are a more rational choice because they are able to spend more time in the org. If you’re a junior, you’re most likely needing to really focus on your academics this semester and then unfortunately your senior year just creeps up on you and you’ll be graduating. so it just doesn’t seem like the most pragmatic logic, you know what I mean? but you should still meet everyone if you really really want to be in greek life because who knows, you could add a lot to the org in the time that you are still in undergrad. it’s up to the specific org themselves
