Off campus is just an extension of the real thing like everyone's saying. Much more of hard-core experience there. Greek life in its most basic form. Word of mouth type deals yeah. Everyone wants to be in this thing but not everyone is ready to ball out of smaller house as if it were you and your boys starting a chapter from scratch. If you're game you level up while you're active and get to see brighter days for you and your boys.
