they’re both on the same level academically so here’s a few differences to think about... delaware’s campus is a lot smaller than penn state’s - you may feel more comfortable at UD and less overwhelmed which school is closest to you? having a shorter drive will be nice for both you and your parents, especially if they plan on visiting are you okay with delaware’s long winter break? it goes until mid february do you want a football school with tailgates? then choose penn state because there’s basically no football at UD both schools are big party schools with a pretty campus - the biggest difference in my opinion is the size of the campus. i go here to UD and I definitely recommend, but you honestly can’t go wrong with either school because they’re both great options
