Please read the Delaware Online article about this and realize how douchey the kids repoing fraternities sounded and how they said they’re going to transfer because of this law passing. Imagine drinking watery beer in large crowds being your only joy in life. No wonder everyone gets depressed and has to go to therapy when they leave college.
