I don’t doubt it’s existing or that this practice happens with alpha phi based on that info from the Michigan blog post, but I highly doubt in 2019 someone was writing this down in a fashion that someone would find it and be able to submit it to panhel. A google doc sure...but how would a pnm get access to it to be able to screen shot it or save it to submit? I call bogus that they’re actually in trouble but yeah alpha phi 100% has questionable recruitment practices that are condoned by their international offices.
