I personally cannot speak really for hazing, since I did not pledge more than one frat, but there are some general guidelines. Top frats are more likely (generally) to have tougher pledging (not necessarily the hazing you are thinking of, but more demanding etc.) With that being said, some lower tier frats also have tough pledging. To be honest though, it should not matter. If you like a certain fraternity and they give you a bid, they should be accepting of your condition and not put you in any kind of danger. If they do not respect it, then it probably is not a group you would want to associate with anyway.
