Maybe he was being asked to leave the property, but WHY was he asked to leave the property? From what I heard from someone who was there, people approached him, asked him to leave when he was standing there, and then called him some very offensive names. There are so many non-UD students who come to dages, but aren’t asked to leave. Why was this kid? As far as “Diversity Training”, they’re more informative sessions that many colleges across the country require for students. Look into Inclusive and Diversity Training. The goal is to create a more informed, more accepting, more respectful environment. I don’t think that Greek Life needs to be shut down just because of this incident. There have been multiple instances recently that I personally find concerning. Peoples lives could easily be in danger, a lot due to hazing, that we all know takes place on this campus, as does on other campuses. We’re lucky it hasn’t happened here (that I know of), but students are dying from hazing instances so often. I don’t want that to happen here. I don’t hate greek life. I’m in a sorority lol. I think the idea of greek life is great, but greek life on this campus has grown so far from the true principles of the sorority or fraternity. It’s a great way to bring men or women together to learn and grow and create relationships.\n\n\n\n\n
