Lots of chapters are now having to do COB because quota was set smaller due to the amount of girls left at pref round BUT total was not reset to coincide with this smaller quota yet. This is a good thing, smaller quotas because it means chapters will go back to being a reasonable size. 200 is way too big. Hopefully they will reset total Lower and lower as we add more groups to our panhel.
