Know its not really relevant but I have no clue what you're basing your "findings" off of. Bottom frats are the ones with the most potential to rise, as they have the most room to rise. Alpha Sig is in good shape. DKE does nothing. AEPi is arguably rising as shown in every other ranking. They pulled a solid PC and party regularly. DChi gets too much hate for having a large founding class (which they trimmed down btw), they party regularly, and surprisingly has a decent brotherhood. ZBT will always be bottom. They're a small organization with kids who wouldn't cut it anywhere else, but the brotherhood is tight. Beta will never move. Their recruiters got a bunch of geeds as their founders in response to Penn State. Bottom line is, Alpha Sig, DKE, DChi, and AEPi all have a lot of room for improvement. All though it looks kind of weird, bottom should be: Alpha Sig DKE=DChi=AEPi ZBT AGR = SPD > Beta
