Subject:
sorority ranks (alphabetical by tier)

Poster Message:
Top Tier: Alpha Phi, Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Sigma Kappa Upper Middle Tier: Alpha Sigma Alpha, Gamma Phi Beta Lower Middle Tier: Alpha Delta Pi, Pi Beta Phi, Phi Sigma Sigma Bottom Tier: Alpha Epsilon Phi, Delta Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta Notes: 1) You can deliberate as much as you want within each tier but you're always going to get one person saying (for example) Sig Kap is better than AXiD and another saying AXiD is better than Sig Kap when they're both top so I just kept it alphabetical by tier. 2) Sorority tiers don't chance very often. Since I've been here, the only changes I've seen are Phi Sig and AEPhi drop down a step and Pi Phi move up a step. However, I don't see Pi Phi moving up or Phi Sig moving down anytime soon so this will be as is for awhile. 3) This ranking, like most rankings here, is based on three concepts: Their overall looks, their overall prestige or history with the university, and which fraternities they mix with the most. In general, I personally feel that sisterhood at UD is not strong to begin with because you're never going to know every sister in a 75 member pledge class like a sister. And then on top of that, know the rest of the sorority like sisters. However, with that being said, that's just my opinion and you should go out there and see which group you think you'd fit in best with. If you feel like you'd mix well with a top, go for the top. If you feel you'd mix best with a bottom, go for the bottom. It'll make your college Greek life experience that much more enjoyable if you're honest with yourself.
