Walking in with a group of girls likely won't ever help you, neither will paying any money. They just don't want random dudes in their parties that don't know anybody, because what's the benefit for them then? Your best bet if you don't want to rush for whatever reason is making friends with some guys in various frats (likely lower tier) and trying to have them get you in to parties Also is there a reason why you're not rushing? Seems like if you want to go to their parties why not just rush anyway if you have the chance
