not necessarily question mark, i got the most chapters back you could that round and got my 2 and 3 ranks bumped up, so they could've dropped me or it could've been me ranking them lower i was just saying that if you really know you won't accept a bid from the chapter the second time, it could be helpful to rank them on the bottom
