None really do it openly except for DG. I know girls that joined phi sig in the fall but they were already very close to current members so that's a different situation. Unless you know a good amount of people in a chapter I don't think it's a thing that most really do You can still rush in the spring as a sophomore though, so many girls do it. I joined mine as a sophomore and about 20 girls in my PC were sophomores too
