i think it has to do with the fact that compared to the other "top" sororities, at least gamma phi is relatively new, they only came here in 2010 vs. the other top 4 which have been around here since the 70s/80s. for asa i think it's just that they only started improving in the past 5ish years, they used to have a really bad rep (not saying they did/didnt deserve it), just look back to the oldest posts on their page here but i think over time they'll be considered higher up
