Many sororities have payment plans you can do. Like monthly payments, BiMonthly, etc. I just paid one lump sum each YEAR with money i made over the summer so i wouldn't have to worry about it. Remember also, initial new member dues will be higher at first for some groups. And that things like extra T-shirts and swag (not given to you by your big or for a certain event or something) will cost extra $$.
