Give it a shot! Unfortunately you probably won't ever know what exactly went "wrong" or why sororities you thought you connected with didn't end up giving you a bid. BUT what you do know is that the sorority you got a bid to wanted you, and sees something in you that made them see you as a potential sister. Try out your new member period and give it your best effort, and if you really don't connect, you can always drop out before initiation.
