Top Kappa sig- good parties but can be pretty pretentious and douchey also Sig Ep- Barely hanging on to top tier status could see them falling in very near future. Definitely not the greatest brother hood Upper Mid ADP- Very laid back and chill guys with very good brotherhood. Throws the down a lot but most of the time pretty standard parties with the occasional banger DTD- Definitely rising very quickly. Becoming one of the largest frats on campus. Brotherhood is pretty good but does not throw down that often Mid Pike- Very large fraternity but unfortunately doesn't make their parties that great. Very diverse group of brothers since they're so many of them AEPi- Used to be great now very average. Pretty average across the board, brotherhood parties etc. Phi Delt- Try and have a very fratty image which may actually hurt them more than help them. Parties are few and far between and very average Bottom ZBT- almost entirely nonexistent and this point since they are off campus and not nearly as large as pike. Parties are below average Beta- Really very nice guys with a good brotherhood. Don't really come off as the partying type which may be why they almost never throw down.
