Basically all of them do. Sororities (especially top tier) would rather take less girls during formal then take girls they don’t want. What happens is after formal rec is over and COB begins, these chapters talk to the new pledge class who then refer their friends for COB. Chapters will take from 2 to 12 people COB, really depends. It’s not dependable and every year the chapters who COB changes. Good luck!!! PS if you want to COB a chapter, message them the day after bid day on Instagram.
