U serious?? Pike and sig ep in my opinion are the only 2 frats that had legit pcs with chill kids over the last 2 years. I don’t even consider delt lmao but sure put them up there. Kappa sig used to be top but they dropped heavy. If you want a traditional rush, rush sig ep and pike and then k sig but they falling and not really top anymore.
