I’d say pike is more like an sec frat imo than sig ep. But if your rushing you have to understand that northeastern Greek life is not even close to the schools down south, but from what I heard sig ep and pike are the most similar in terms of parties and the guys in the frat. Delt prolly is on “top”but I have heard mixed reviews about the dudes in their frat but regardless very good frat. Also as of late, I think k sig might be considered a tier below delt sig ep and pike but still a good choice.
