Basically this is the underlying rule: pledge where you fit in, regardless here are the top frats no order SigEp: fratty boys, play lots of die and pickup sports, tied on top right now, have a lot of nice houses and strong ties with sororities. Delt: less "fratty" but play a lot of die and have strong brotherhood. Moved up on top this past year with sigep and are making strides with their new houses, strong ties with sororities and good party life Pike: very fratty, typical southern frat style. Throw down arguably the hardest but are not affiliated with Northeastern for subsequent reasons. Strong brotherhood and party scene. KapSig: Still up there in terms of northeastern frats, but have been slowly declining, took a strong pc after a subpar semester. All the other frats are essentially in the running as mid-tier frats but nonetheless, choose where you fit in the most, there is a place for everyone
