I'm not sure I agree that tiers should be based on appearance only, but if tiers are based on hotness, I don't think DZ belongs in the top tier. DZ has let themselves go drastically in terms of physical appearance. They have pretty girls but they are not "the pretty girls" or "the hot sorority" at this point
