Have yall thought about buying a house/apartment complex near campus? If your alumni support is decent, they could front your chapter to get a loan from a bank for a new house. If not, consider getting some guys to rent a house and use it as an unofficial base of operations. Worked for some of the chapters at uk after they demolished frat lot (RIP).
