With Beta gone, Kappa Sig will be new top tier. They are the most up and coming frat. Phi Delt has done well in the past few years, also. Pi Phi would be the most up and coming sorority, but there isn't really a spot above them to fill. With Chi O falling to the bottom and all of the KD drama, Zeta is rising to upper mid tier and Alpha Chi will probably be mid tier.
