DKE is questionable here..if 1/2 their fraternity is top tier and the other half is non existent, not really sure how you would rank that though. most people have them at the middle not sure if phi psi is better than dtd, I would put them with the dtd and pike group, or switch with dtd aepi is tough to rank too too because while some of their members are active with top sororities, many are fillers (like you said) also sae is having better events because beta doesn't have a house right now. saes freshman aren't bad though not sure if sig nu or phi delt is better off right now. neither have done anything outstanding of late
