Agreed, I would emphasize personality more than looks tho. Sure looks definitely help— especially if you are from Texas (theta) or are latina (kappa). Many girls w good personalities but eh looks end up at top houses. It’s also an example of how houses like zeta can have a lot of hot girls that have 0 personality- u have to be normal at the very least in addition to being good looking
