1. Grades are first.. if u don’t have the GPA u can’t rush… 2. Connections are second; if u have a sister or know a friend from home u are a step ahead 3. Looks are third, and this is a BIG factor; it’s very cutthroat when it comes to this cuz the top srats are looking for girls who are most “presentable” 4. Personality/style definitely comes close and maybe even tied with number 3; you need to be able to speak well and be normal and not just pretty 5. Engagement/leadership is next because they want to see u involved 6. Money is not as important, some may say it’s a big factor but there are lots of girls who pull through 7. Major doesn’t matter really, same with boyfriends and hookups lol
