Theta Tri Delt/Kappa/Pi Phi KD/ChiO Zeta ADpi/AXO AOpi Before people sound off: 1. “Theta isn’t top”- yeah they are I’m sorry you just gotta swallow that pill 2. “Pi phi is not top tier, especially not inline w kappa and Tri Delt”- frankly after this past year pi phi is arguably closer to top tier than they are to mid tier, and kappa and Tri Delt had kinda whack pc’s (otherwise pi phi would’ve def been a line below those two) 3. “Zeta isn’t below kd/chio”- yeah they are, sorry. Some super chill girls but still overall a mixed and kinda weird bag. Kd is above them purely due to the amount of clout chasers in the house and girls in chio almost always pref chio whereas zeta is rarely a first choice
