Theta Tau isn't quite top yet. They flipped a few Ksig and KA locks, but aren't at the same level as DKE. If they keep trending up, I think in a few years they'll be top house. They're getting three new offcampus traphouses and get all the kappas and thetas at their events. Definitely on the rise.
