They've lasted this long without a house where other frats have failed to do that over the past few years, so they must be doing something right. And there's about to be a huge shuffle with all the new houses being torn down/built over the next 2 years. Pike's a mixed bag for sure, but they definitely have some real good guys and they seem to have a pretty close brotherhood.
