SAE / AEPI (stable until beta comes back. Plenty of exceptions but shows the divide between fraternity experiences - more southern traditional vs northern twist. Obviously a huge generalization) KSig (more consistent in rush / parties than sig chi and imo cuter) Sig Chi (relatively successful despite PR campaign against them e.g derby days, homecoming) KA / Sig Nu (feel like little brothers of Sae/aepi, similar differences between the pairs in culture) ATO / ZBT (one rung down from KA/Snu on the sae/aepi comparison, both slipping a bit with bad rush and tons of ATO suspension) Pike / Delt (both newer, figuring out identities so kinda unclear what they're trying to do? steady gains from class to class) Fiji / Phi Psi (old and declining? Phi psi had a good spring rush last year but awful fall rush so tbd) Phi Kap / LXA (one doesn't even have members, the other has 9 people)
