Chi O, AXO, zeta, pi phi are really strong sisterhoods with close PCs that aren't isolated from each other. KD and Tri Delt have had some super divided PCs lately, not necessarily the place to go if sisterhood is at the top of your list but like others said, feel out the vibe. Lot of drama coming from within ADPi as well with people feeling disconnected/not very sisterly things, but individually nice girls.
