Lamba Chi isnt taking the Delt house till they charter which will atleast be 2 years so Delt wont have to move till 2020 at the earliest. The Beta house wasnt leased out by OGL because Beta will be back in 2019 and the school didnt see a reason to give it away for such a short time. The Phi Delt house should go to an unhoused fraternity, prob Phi Kap, because I heard Pikes nationals are salty that they can't stay out of trouble without a house imagine if they had one.. Either or, its stupid that theres 3 empty houses now and 2 unhoused fraternities = less fun for everyone.
