Now that Phi Psi is gone: FIJI/Kappa Sigma Sig Ep/Sig Chi Tke/Lambda Chi Phi/KDR Kappa Sig and FIJI are upping their game with their new pledge classes, Sig Ep hasn't changed, Lambda is more of a Tke clone now since their seniors graduated (they also have the most downtown houses), while KDR and Chi Phi still remain socially inept.
