Not trying to offend anyone or anything, I know that every chapter is great in it's own way, but both chi o and theta are generally considered "bottom tier", for whatever reasons those may be. But I have a hard time telling the difference between the 2. Is there really a distinction between them or are they pretty much the same? Is one slightly "better" than the other/is there a difference between the types of girls they get?
