Plus, they give a bid to anyone who walks through the door durring Rush. Simply trying to build a large chapter without caring about who they let in.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Birmingham-Southern College - BSC 2.2 Honestly, the vast majority of people who go to this house only go there because they see a crowd. I've been to several of their parties and it seems people are just simply using their facility as opposed to actually going to the house to see the brothers. Highly overrated.
