Zeta at BSC is the least desirable house! This year's pledge class well let's jjust say is super awkward.

If we’re going to be honest on Greek rank about fraternities at bsc let’s be real. This chapter has had its problems and has worked its ass off to improve it. They still have a little ways to go but let’s be real. The current guys in the chapter are some cool guys. Say what you want bsc but KA is making a push to be the best fraternity on the row again in a few years.

Somehow people think this is a top tier house. Will throw one good party a semester, brothers don't even hangout at their parties or the house. Puts on a huge front during rush. Not mention the huge cultural divide between swimmers and lacrosse players anddd all the other randos. They have a few top-notch guys that have kept them afloat. I guess they'll just have to keep banking on spring rush. SAE's have a much better brotherhood, and Snu has told rushees in the past they're "gonna catch Sigma Chi this year." Good look guys, give me the other two houses all day.

they can be a bit annoying during rush but other than that they are so sweet. Every chi o I’ve talked to is very nice. Very energetic and passionate about their sorority

Super sweet and eclectic group of girls

From a fraternity man: These guys are super cool. Brotherhood is clearly big for them and it shows. Definitely has got some oddballs, maybe not the most popular rushees, but it seems to have built a strong group of guys. Campus involvement is pretty good, a lot of recognizable faces in campus organizations. Parties are never super hype but people like to hangout there. Heard some girls get creeped out by individual brothers, but never felt unsafe in a group. A lot of girls reallyy like these guys. The reason these guys are not top tier is their rush, which is nonexistent. They'll get the randos, but they are never intentional about it. I think this fraternity could enter top tier fast if they had a real rush program. Powerful alumni tho.

From a fraternity man: Could say a lot but I'll keep it short. There's a lot of mixed things out there about these guys. RUSH is big for them, usually compete for and get some of the top guys. People like their parties but it's not ever suppperr packed. Girls hang out there a lot. Guys are involved in pretty much everything on campus: OL's, Honor Council, sports, academic societies. Pretty douchey about intramurals, but a lot of guys come out to play which shows something good about their brotherhood. pretty sure they do well with their nationals, had some article from the school about an award. Every pledge class there seems super different, so sometimes I get surprised to find out someone is a Sigma Chi on campus. Biggest complaint is they come off as standoffish, but based on the facts, it's hard to say these guys aren't one of the top two chapters on campus.

From a fraternity man: I loved what another post said about high school bullies, pretty accurate. Basically, these guys one on one are cool guys, but when you get the fraternal blood flowing, they just completely flip. Really don't like to socialize with other fraternities on weekends, which is rare at BSC. This usually kills their parties. Girls like to hang out a decent amount, but they have the most complaints from girls by far. Brothers are almost nonexistent in campus organizations. Saw a brother knock out his pledge brother one time, but I must say those guys really stick up for each other when it comes to outsiders. Summary: Not many good things to say tbh, bad grades, average brotherhood/party scene. Oh, and there spring pledge class was an absolute nightmare, not pulling my punch on that one.

From a fraternity man, Look, these are some good guys. In rush, they get who they get. I don't think I've ever heard of them having a rush event which is never a good sign. But they still pull out the guys you would expect to rush ATO. These guys are super involved on campus, whether it be OL, IFC, theater, C3, the guys care about BSC and that's awesome. I know I rated them as smart but they never get top grades on the row, there just wasn't a good category for them. Social life is pretty much nonexistent, hate to be a jerk but it's true. Heard guys in the chapter say they wish they would hang out more as brothers, so I'm not sure how strong their brotherhood is. Summary: Good dudes, involved on campus, just not the most popular group of guys when it comes to rush and weekends.
