In 2017 and 2018 leadership was their largest concern. Most of the bad apples have either graduated or transferred and they have a good group left. When they have parties they're hard to beat and there are several boys that really stand out in their sport or on campus. Overall, Theta Chi is boys that like to party and there's a friend group for everyone.

These guys absolutely blow. So sick of watching kids fall for their bs during recruitment. It shows a lot about their current reputation when all five of the other fraternities come together to throw a party and philanthropy and don’t even reach out to the machi bro’s to include them. Not a single person at any house on the row likes sigma chi. They are full of rich, single child, preppy, administration suck up, wannabee fraternity men, that would have no business being in a fraternity any where else. As an upcoming senior, I can gladly say throughout my three years so far I have watched sorority girls and campus independents become less associated with sigma chi and the bad word of mouth has increased. It won’t be long before they fall to the bottom, especially with the kids they have in recent pledge classes taken the ranks.

For a sorority that puts such an emphasis on sisterhood, it could not be further from the truth. Coming into the sorority, everyone seems so kind and supportive but that quickly goes away. There are tight cliques that like to criticize every other sister behind their backs. People will turn on each other for no reason and treat sisters like outcasts. It got to the point where sisters stopped bothering to pretend to be nice and were outright cruel. What once was an exciting and wonderful group of people turned into a hostile environment. Plus, once you are out of the sorority, the few girls that still tried to be nice cut you out too. One of the most hurtful experiences of my life.

I don't know what I would do without PIPHI girls! Honestly, though there is no need to rank the houses.
