All around great Fraternity full of scholars, athletes, and southern gentleman.They love to party and attract the top sororities on campus. They used to be a lot stronger but clearly still hold a top spot. These guys and Sigma Nu are the best on campus. To make an argument against that is just foolish.

Top to bottom this Fraternity should be considered as the best on campus. However, they might not appeal to everyone considering they are a pretty classic Fraternity. Meaning they are mostly southern guys who love to drink cold beer, chase tail, play golf, etc. The top sororities (KD/Chi O) favor this house pretty heavily. Previous reviews claim they are only swimmers and lacrosse players. While that is true - they also have a ton of guys from the golf, baseball, and football teams. These guys are primarily from Mobile/Fairhope, Atlanta, North Carolina, and Birmingham. They are also known for being collectively the most wealthy. These guys along with Sigma Chi are clearly far and away the most organized chapters on campus.

ChiO is slipping, they talk rudely about their own sisters and everyone else in campus. Sisterhood is lacking and in a steep decline. Some nice girls but in the whole - not so much.
