best advice to pnm

Last year at this time I was a senior in hs and really started to stress about which sorority I would fit in best. I did a lot of reading on this website to get a feel of each group. My advice to all pnms is to not pay attention to the tier ratings on here because they are not true. When I was going through rush, according to posters on here, there was one group that was supposed to not take many out of state girls, one that was supposed to have the prettiest girls, and one that was supposed to be the fun girls, one that nobody wanted to be in, etc... This is what I actually found: every group was very diverse! There was no group that was the prettiest. Every sorority had some gorgeous girls and every sorority had some average looking girls. All groups had overweight girls and some skinny girls. Every group had girls that were passionate about their soroity and every group had girls who seemed socially awkward and not too excited about their sorority life.
My advice to you is to not stress over recruitment like I did because every sorority at State has great girls and each has many different type girls so you should easily find a house where you really fit in! I can't wait to meet all of you in the Fall!
