I think the most underrated is Pi Phi. They have a ton of really cute girls and are competitive in everything that they do.
Most overrated in my opinion is KD. When I got here, I think they were right at the top with Chi O. They have slipped the last couple of years and are probably tied with Phi Mu for third at best.
