adpi losing house?

I heard sig ep is coming back and taking ADPi's house back (since it was theirs first

I doubt this is true. Most of the old Sig Eps have either graduated or helped start the new fraternity on campus who are building their own house.

I'm pretty sure Sig Ep can't come back for 4 (maybe 5) years. They got kicked off December 2013 so they've still a little less than two years to go.

Sig Ep is unable to recolonize until all members during the time of the incident have graduated. Not sure if that means active members which would be after this spring or pledges, which would be after spring 17. Either way hopefully ADPi will have plenty of notice to build a house.
