question about fall recruitment

by: SOS

I am transferring to MS State this fall from a community college and want to join a sorority. My GPA coming out of high school was a 3.0. I know this isn't great, but I went to a hard academic private school and was very involved in school activities and community service. In college, I have worked very hard and have a 3.7 GPA. Will sororities look at my high school grades or only at my college GPA?

I think that they probably will ask for high school and college but your college GPA will be the most important. College is a lot harder than high school so if your college grades are good then you shouldn't have any trouble getting in a sorority.

I was a Juco transfer and they looked at my college GPA. A 3.5 Juco GPA is stronger than a 3.7 high school. Also have involvement in Juco and high school. Good luck!
