Yes but they probably are only going to take 2 or 3 girls max and you will need some major connections.

I think them and Pi Phi will do it COB style instead of actual spring rush. So you have to be invited more than actual events.

Houses can only take spring members if they are below campus total. I can assure you that most houses are far above total and will not be holding spring rush.

Houses can do COB not because they had girls drop, but because they had girls graduate in December. It's not a big deal.

I know for a fact Tri Delta will not participate in spring rush due to the large pledge class they received in the fall.

Tri delt IS doing spring Rush, they are below chapter total still. Even with their pledge class.
