I don't know who you are, but you are definitely wrong! I am a Chi-O upperclassman, and I have known several of our girls that have dated Pikes. I have been to date parties at their house and have always had a great time. There have also been lots of Pikes come to our date parties since I have been here. It makes me really mad to hear someone saying something like this about a group of really nice guys. I seriously doubt that you are in a top sorority, but if you are, you don't belong there because you have no class!

Upper classmen don't even go to frat parties and if they do they are super weird. So ur opinion is irrelevent. Maybe pike was fun when you were a freshman but things change! Also girls dating pikes in ur sorority has nothing to do with anything. Girls in top houses date guys in bottom houses and middle houses all the time that doesn't make them a higher tier.

The thing about most fraternities is that they really don't care about rankings. They just want to have fun, but I am a girl so I will give my opinion:
Top:
Sigma Chi-They stand alone (Just look at their house. No other comes close!)
Kappa Sig/SAE--pretty even
upper middle:
KA/Pike--pretty even
Phi delt-They have gone down some this year
Middle:
ATO/FIJI/Lambda Chi--all pretty even
Lower middle:
Phi Tau/Pi Kapp --pretty even
Delta Chi
Lower, but not bad:
Farmhouse/AGR
Sigma NU

Since it’s now 2022 and there isn’t a single response from the past 5 years here’s how it goes. If you disagree you have a bias these are the perceptive and unarguable facts:
Top:
Sigma Chi
Kappa Sig (kinda lame now)
Lower Top:

Pike (rising after the past two years)
Mid:
Ka (only because they’re old row)
Phi Delt (really on the decline
Lower Mid:
Lambda chi (stuck here forever)

Byx isn’t really even rankable
Ato and sigma nu are irrelevant
Stop acting like certain houses are better just because the boys are simps

Then the rest I don’t really care about. That’s who I hang out with the most and the order in which I like their members.

I would agree with everything except sae and pike, pike should be above sae. They got their house back and they don’t know how to act. Blowing through money like there’s no tomorrow. Also against all stigma the pikes are literally less creepy and pervy. Those saes are going to be catching cases left and right
