Critz
Sessums
Rice ( honestly you'd be better off just dropping and living off campus if ur left with rice)
Coming in 2016 and yet to be ranked -
Dogwood and Aazela (they look promising and with their alumni support they will be top tier no time)

If you get a residence hall you don't like don't worry, you can always drop and apply for a different hall next semester!

I wouldn't be too optimistic, the top residence halls have high retention rates and won't have many rooms open 2nd semester so even if you drop and try again it's likely not going to be ur first choice.
