Ruby (moving up but still not as good as the top 3)
Hurst/Griffis (beautiful courtyard but needs work)
North
Middle-
Hathorn
Cresswell
Lower-
Hull/Herbert
Bottom-
Critz
Sessums
Rice ( honestly you'd be better off just dropping and living off campus if ur left with rice)
Coming in 2016 and yet to be ranked -
Dogwood and Aazela (they look promising and with their alumni support they will be top tier no time)

I wouldn't be too optimistic, the top residence halls have high retention rates and won't have many rooms open 2nd semester so even if you drop and try again it's likely not going to be ur first choice.

Very true. Rice has been here a while and has a lot of history.. But they just don't get the caliber girls that Oak (even with fire problems) and Magnolia get.
