leftovers

Okay, for real y'all. I've been seeing this phrase used way too much lately--why are we referring to other human brings as "leftovers"????? I am absolutely appalled by this. NO girl is a leftover. Just because a girl isn't in a top-four sorority doesn't mean she's somehow a "leftover". I know many of you have serious superiority complexes when it comes to your rankings, but to refer to someone as a "leftover" implies that she isn't a valued human being. That she doesn't matter. That the only way she has any value if she is in a top-tier sorority. News flash, girls: just because you're a Chi O, KD, DG, or Phi Mu, doesn't mean you're better than anyone else here. Just because a girl isn't in one of those sororities, doesn't mean she's matters less than any of you. Please quit acting like the rest of the sororities on this campus don't matter, because (plot twist!) they DO.
